"Challenge yourself, grow stronger."
Growing up in Italy, movement was always a natural part of my life. From rhythmic gymnastics and ballet to swimming, karate and later volleyball after moving to Switzerland, every sport taught me discipline, resilience and the value of consistency. Fitness has always been an important part of my life, and when I discovered Lagree in Zurich, I immediately fell in love with its intensity and precision. It challenged me in a completely new way and inspired me to become a coach so I could help others experience the same strength and confidence.
Alongside coaching, I work as a Project Manager for a general contracting company while completing my diploma in Construction Management. With a busy everyday life, movement has become my way to reduce stress, stay balanced and recharge both mentally and physically.
What I love most about coaching is helping people push beyond what they thought was possible. I believe growth happens when we challenge ourselves with intention, and I enjoy creating an environment where members feel motivated, supported and empowered to become stronger with every class.
Fun. Challenging. Motivating. My classes focus on proper form, intentional movement and helping every member get the most out of every session. My goal is for everyone to leave feeling stronger, more confident and proud of what they’ve achieved.
Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me running, spending time outdoors or taking on a new challenge. I love staying active and constantly pushing myself, both physically and mentally.
Fun Fact: I like challenges that don’t come with instructions.
I speak Swiss German, German, English, Italian and French.
