Elevate Boutique was founded by Charmay, whose passion for movement began in her very early years through rhythmic gymnastics, a discipline she practiced for over 10 years at a competitive level. This sport helped her to develop a strong sense of body awareness, control and discipline. After moving to Thalwil in 2015, she developed a parallel passion for strength training alongside her academic studies and career in banking.

Four years ago, she discovered Lagree and instantly fell in love with the method.
Its combination of intensity and intentional control completely transformed her training approach. What started as a personal passion quickly became something she wanted to share with her loved ones. Soon, her entire family had also fallen in love with Lagree, and together they felt the need to bring the authentic Lagree experience to Zurich's lakeside, creating a space dedicated to quality, precision and intentional movement.
Charmay created Elevate Boutique to offer a refined, coach-led Lagree experience in Thalwil. Her coaching style blends technical precision with a calm presence, guiding members through every movement with close attention to form, alignment, and progression.
The studio has been designed to feel intimate and personal with only ten spots per class, ensuring hands-on coaching and individual corrections, while still offering a spacious atmosphere with large windows and beautiful views. The studio is conveniently located and easily accessible by both public transport and car.
