Sport has always been a huge part of my life. I started out in artistic swimming, where I developed discipline, body awareness and a love for movement from an early age. Over a decade ago, I discovered strength training, and it quickly became an essential part of my life. Today, I’m a certified personal trainer, and helping others become stronger, healthier and more confident is what drives me. When I discovered Lagree, I instantly fell in love with how it challenged me while perfectly complementing my strength training. Becoming a Lagree coach felt like the natural next step in my journey.

What I love most about coaching is helping people discover what movement can do for them. I truly believe exercise has the power to transform not only our bodies but also our confidence and mindset. Seeing someone leave class feeling stronger and proud of what they achieved is what makes coaching so rewarding.

Encouraging. Motivating. Supportive. My classes focus on mindful movement, proper form and creating an environment where everyone feels challenged, empowered and motivated to become the strongest version of themselves.

Outside the studio, I love exploring new cafés and restaurants, spending sunny days by the lake, travelling and making memories with family and friends. I also have a soft spot for spontaneous adventures and, if I’m honest, a little shopping never hurts either.

Fun Fact: I can always justify buying activewear… even when my wardrobe is already full.
