What kind of workouts do you offer?

We specialize exclusively in the Lagree Method, a low-impact, high-intensity, full-body workout designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone muscles efficiently while protecting your joints. Performed on the Megaformer, Lagree combines strength, endurance, core training, and cardio through slow, controlled movements with constant time-under-tension. This keeps your muscles fully engaged and your heart rate elevated throughout the entire class. Expect to shake, sweat, and feel the results long after your workout.

I’m a beginner. Can I still join your classes?

Absolutely. Lagree is designed to be effective for all fitness levels, including beginners. At Elevate Boutique, we place strong emphasis on guidance, precision, and support. Our instructors will guide you through each movement, offer hands-on corrections, and provide personalized modifications so you can move at your own pace with confidence. Whether you’re new to fitness or new to Lagree, you’ll feel supported from your very first class and stronger every time you return.

Is the Lagree Method the same as Pilates?

No. Pilates emphasizes breathing, concentration, control, and alignment. Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact method focused on controlled tempo, constant tension, and muscle fatigue using the Megaformer.

What can I expect in terms of results?

You can expect increased strength, improved muscle tone, better posture, and greater endurance. With regular training, you'll build strength, improve stability, and develop a more defined physique.

What if I have an injury or physical limitation?

Consult your doctor or physiotherapist before attending class. Once cleared, inform your instructor so modifications can be provided.

What if I am pregnant?

You can continue training during pregnancy with appropriate modifications. Consult your doctor first and inform your instructor before each session.

From what age can clients attend classes?

Clients can attend classes from age 18. Teenagers aged 16+ may attend if accompanied by a parent in the same class.

How many classes should I take per week?

We recommend 1–3 classes per week depending on your goals and fitness level. Consistency and recovery are important.

Do I need to bring anything?

We provide towels. Non-slip grip socks are mandatory and can be purchased at the studio if needed.

All classes are conducted in English. Several instructors also speak German.

How do I book a class?

You can book through the website or the Elevate Boutique mobile app, where you can also manage bookings and download receipts.

How far in advance can I book classes?

The schedule opens 3 weeks in advance. Join the waitlist if a class is full.

The class is full. Should I join the waitlist?

Yes. More than 12 hours before class, spots are assigned automatically from the waitlist. Within 12 hours, spots are first come, first served.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 24 hours before class to avoid charges. Credits are non-refundable.

What happens if I arrive late?

Arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be released.

Can I book a class for someone else?

Yes, provided they have an account and available class credits.

Is Elevate Boutique covered by health insurance?

Elevate Boutique is QualiCert certified. Reimbursement depends on your insurer and policy.

Do you offer trial classes?

Yes, a trial class is available for new clients at CHF 29 and is valid once per person.

Can I book a private class for an event?

Yes, private group classes are available for corporate events, birthdays, and group bookings.

Is parking available?

Yes, white zone parking is available directly in front of the studio, and public transport is nearby.
