I’m Charmay, Founder & Head Coach of Elevate Boutique.

Movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My journey began with over ten years of competitive rhythmic gymnastics, where I developed discipline, body awareness and a deep appreciation for purposeful movement. After moving to Thalwil in 2015, I discovered a passion for strength training while balancing my academic studies and a career in banking.

Four years ago, I discovered Lagree, and it completely transformed the way I approached fitness. I instantly fell in love with its unique combination of strength, precision and intentional control. What started as a personal passion quickly became something I wanted to share with my loved ones. Before long, my entire family had fallen in love with the method too, and together we felt there was a need to bring the authentic Lagree experience to Zurich’s lakeside, a space dedicated to quality, precision and intentional movement.

That vision became Elevate Boutique: a place where people can build confidence, challenge themselves and feel supported every step of the way. As Founder & Head Coach, my coaching style is dynamic, motivating and welcoming. I strive to create an encouraging environment where everyone feels comfortable challenging themselves, regardless of their fitness level. While every class is energising and empowering, I place a strong emphasis on proper form, alignment and intentional movement. My goal is for every member to leave feeling stronger, more confident and more connected to their body than when they walked in.

Outside the studio, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling and embracing new experiences that continue to inspire my personal and professional growth. With my Italian roots, a strong sense of togetherness and community has always been at the heart of who I am, something I strive to bring into every class.

Fun fact: I’m always planning my next trip, even before I’ve unpacked from the last one.
