"Challenge yourself, grow stronger."
Growing up in Italy, movement was always a natural part of my life. From a young age, I loved trying different sports and staying active. I started with rhythmic gymnastics and ballet, later explored swimming and karate, and after moving to Switzerland, I played volleyball for several years. Every experience taught me something different. From discipline and coordination to resilience and teamwork.
Fitness has always been an important part of my life, and after discovering Lagree in Zurich years ago, I immediately felt how different and effective it was. I really enjoyed the challenge and how it made me feel stronger, more focused and connected to my body. Over time, this experience inspired me to become a Lagree coach so I could share those benefits with others.
Alongside coaching, I work as a Project Manager for a general contracting company while completing my diploma in Construction Management. My everyday life can be quite busy, which is exactly why training plays such an important role for me. Movement helps me reduce stress, stay balanced and recharge mentally and physically.
My classes are fun, challenging and motivating. I believe in pushing limits while still enjoying the process. I focus strongly on proper form and intentional movement so that every member gets the most out of each class and can see real, sustainable progress. My goal is for everyone to leave feeling stronger, more confident and proud of what they have achieved.
Outside the studio, I love running and spending time outdoors. I enjoy staying active in different ways and challenging myself with new goals, both physically and mentally.
Fun fact: I like challenges that don’t come with instructions.
