People often underestimate quiet confidence, but I believe consistency, kindness and determination speak louder than words. I bring that same energy into every class. Energising, encouraging, yet challenging.

Your Story

I grew up between Germany and Switzerland in a family where movement and sport were simply part of everyday life. From a young age, I was encouraged to try different sports, which taught me discipline, resilience and the importance of showing up consistently.

Throughout my life I've been involved in competitive gymnastics, softball, skiing and strength training, and each of them has shaped the way I approach movement today. Sport has always been more than exercise for me, it's where I've built confidence, learnt resilience and found community.

I discovered Lagree by chance. I instantly fell in love with its intensity, precision and intelligent programming. From the first moment, Lagree was more than just a workout, it was a form of meditation and grounding. Thus, completely changing the way I viewed movement and exercise.

Two months into discovering the method, I was encouraged by a coach that it was inevitable for me to become certified. So becoming a coach felt like the natural next step. I wanted to help others experience that same feeling of becoming stronger, more confident and capable than they ever thought possible.

My passion for the method grew so much that I dedicated my Bachelor's thesis to researching the feasibility of creating an effective Boutique Lagree Fitness Studio in Zurichs emerging Wellness Industry. Exploring the business, community and experience behind the method made me appreciate even more what makes Lagree so unique.

Your Background

Before coaching Lagree, I spent many years involved in competitive sport. In particular, Downhill Ski Racing has a special place in my heart for which I not only participated competitively but worked in coaching roles as well.

Outside competitive sport, I've always been fascinated by human performance, movement and athlete development. Ultimately, leading me to study Sports Management in Barcelona, for which I have successfully attained a Bachelors of Science.

Why Do You Coach?

What I love most about coaching is watching people surprise themselves whilst pushing them past their limits.

There's something incredibly rewarding about seeing someone finish a class thinking, "I didn't know I could do that."

Lagree isn't about being perfect, it's about becoming stronger, physically and mentally, one class at a time. Being part of someone's journey and helping them build confidence is what makes coaching so meaningful to me.

Your Coaching Style

Three words:

My biggest focus is making sure members move with intention and proper form while still feeling challenged. I want every person, whether it's their first or hundredth class, to feel supported and motivated to push themselves safely.

When members leave my class, I want them to walk out feeling stronger, proud of themselves and carrying that confidence into the rest of their day.

Beyond the Studio

Outside of Lagree, you'll usually find me creating content, travelling, spending time with family and friends or lets be honest you'll probably catch me drinking matcha ;)

I'm passionate about wellness, longevity and being a radiator of warmth and positivity.

Growing up between different cultures has taught me to appreciate different perspectives and has shaped the way I connect with people from all walks of life.
