Sport has always been a huge part of my life. I started out in artistic swimming, which taught me discipline, body awareness and the importance of movement from an early age. Over a decade ago, I discovered strength training, and it quickly became an essential part of my life. Today, I’m a certified personal trainer, and I’m incredibly grateful to have turned my passion for movement into a career that allows me to help others become stronger, healthier and more confident.
I discovered Lagree through a friend and quickly fell in love with it. It challenged me in ways I hadn’t experienced before while perfectly complementing my strength training routine. Becoming a Lagree coach felt like a natural next step in my journey, allowing me to share another form of movement that I truly enjoy.
What I love most about coaching is helping people discover what movement can do for them. I truly believe that exercise has the power to transform not only our bodies but also our confidence and mindset. Seeing someone leave class feeling stronger and proud of what they achieved is what makes coaching so meaningful to me.
My coaching style is encouraging, motivating and supportive, with a strong focus on proper form and mindful movement. My goal is for everyone to leave class feeling stronger, empowered and inspired.
Outside the studio, I love making the most of my free time, whether that’s exploring new cafés and restaurants, spending sunny days by the lake, travelling or enjoying quality time with family and friends. I also have a soft spot for spontaneous adventures and, if I’m honest, a little shopping never hurts either.
Fun fact: I can always justify buying activewear... even when my wardrobe is already full.
